Lacrosse Drills: Triple Option Lines
Adding more challenge to basic passing lines this drill gives the player with the ball three cone options to run. Players line up behind the single cones. Player 1 ran to the right cone, so player 2 has a choice of the left or center cone to receive the pass. Player 3 then has a choice of the two right cones to run to. (The cones not across from player 2) Ideally the player throws and catches with the hand the cone is on. For example if they go to the right cone, they catch & throw rightly. Left cone, lefty and center cone is players choice. Once the player passes they go to the end of the line on the other side of the drill.
