Cereal & Fruit for Dessert/Snack
Since I was a kid I have always loved having a bowl of cereal as a after dinner dessert. As I have gotten older and wanted to reduce my sugar intake after dinner I altered this a bit. The lower sugar in the evening also helps me sleep better!
How I make this mostly sugar free:
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of plain organic O's
Choice of fresh strawberries, blueberries, bananas, raspberries etc.
As you cut back on your sugar overall, you will start to realize this dessert is all you need to satisfy your evening sweet tooth!
