Exercises to Help in Knee Injury Prevention
In speaking with Westchester County NY Leading Sports Chiropractor Dr Will Brightman about what to focus on to aid in knee injury prevention he recommended lengthening (stretching) and strengthening the hamstrings as well as stretching the hip flexors regularly. Below are a few exercises that will help accomplish this! Test your hamstring flexibility as per the video on the bottom. These exercises are especially important for female athletes as they grow from ages 13-17. Also, tight hamstrings or hip flexors may show up as lower back pain!
