Lacrosse Drills: Transition Drill

 

Team A - 6 transitioners - team with ball trying to go up field
VERSUS
Team B - 10 players trying to stop the transition

Struggling on clears?  Start the ball with the goalie or a player(team A) back behind goal line extended and try to clear to the mid line or longer. You can make the OvD numbers anything as long as the team with the ball has at least two less than the re-defending team.
